All electrical appliances used  are PAT Tested. 

Safety - FunShine Entertainments require that a parent/responsible adult be present for every five children at the party.  FunShine Entertainments will accept no responsibility or liability for any accident occurring as a result of the parties activities, or the misuse of any of the equipment provided.

The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by any person at your event.  You will be charged for the full cost of any repairs required.  You will be advised of any damage as soon as it is caused.

All equipment and party props are the property of FunShine Entertainments.  Prizes given by discretion.

A non refundable deposit of £20 must be paid to secure a booking.

If, after you have booked your FunShine Entertainments Party, you are unable to keep to the original date due to child's illness etc. we will do everything that we can to find a mutually convenient alternative wherever possible.  In the extremely unlikely event of FunShine Entertainments having to cancel, any monies paid will be refunded in full (This will be the full extent of FunShine Entertainments liability).

In the event that a venue needed to be evacuated for any reason we will not be responsible for the evacuation of the building.  We will simply assist by making a vocal announcement.

Within ‘The Disco Difference’ Party Package we operate a fog machine, so all fire alarms MUST be turned off, or we must be informed that they are not, and this effect will then not be used.

In the event of loss of performance due to power or equipment failure, FunShine Entertainments be under no liability whatsoever, although reasonable precautions will be taken to safeguard the interest of the client at all times. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the venue has a suitable music licence for the venues intended use.  FunShine Entertainments cannot be responsible for breach of licensing laws.

Lighting used for ‘The Disco Difference’ Party Package will be far more effective if the venue’s windows are blacked out.  It is your responsibility to do this, in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the lighting used.

If you are booking other entertainment (e.g bouncy castle, soft play etc) as well as hiring FunShine Entertainments, please consider and think about the amount of space available for us to adequately carry out your chosen entertainment package.  We reserve the right to refuse to continue any event prior to the start should there not be sufficient floor space which would not allow the audio/lighting equipment to be assembled safely.

It is also, highly recommended, that bouncy castles be deflated during the entertainment and wherever possible soft play areas closed.

In the case of bad behaviour or unreasonable behaviour by any child present at the booking, FunShine Entertainments reserve the right to request that the problem child or children are removed.  Failure to do this means that the entertainer reserves the right to cease entertaining and to hand over to the client.

Setting up and Finishing – FunShine Entertainments will arrive at least half an hour before the party start time in order to set up and 40 minutes prior to a disco/High School Musical Party and take approximately 40 minutes to clear away at the end.  If you are hiring a hall, be sure to allow time in your booking.
